You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.

We have been currently in a season of figuring out what is going on with the health of one our kids.  It’s frustrating and hard at times to not have answers and waiting in the process.  As women, or maybe I am speaking to myself, we want answers, we try to solve or figure it out – we want to fix it.  No mom wants to see her child in any amount of discomfort.

So many times as I listen to women’s stories, we all try to do this in our lives, with whatever situation or circumstance is front of us or in our own areas of being healthy. We put this added pressure on ourselves.  If it’s from – if I do this diet, or workout this many times or eat this not that and on & on & on it goes.  Sometimes we just need to stop ourselves and quit trying to figure it out.  It’s okay if we don’t have the answers.  I believe that is part of the journey and process.  Even though it’s not easy and may hurt along the way, I rather have it that way and learn the valuable lessons that I need to.

So wherever you are at today, if it’s trying to figure out health issues, losing weight, struggling with addiction, eating healthy, a eating disorder – you fill in the blank.  I ask you, to stop, take a deep breath and try to relax and see what lessons you are suppose to be learning in the midst of all that is going on in your life today.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.  Just take your next step.
